Dimension Database Conversion Error in a Server Environment

During a database conversion in a server environment, if you receive an error similar to the one shown above, perform the following steps. 

  • Navigate to the Conversion Folder and delete the file, shown in the error message
  • Navigate back to C:\Faircom\eTkoServer
  • Click on eTkoDBCvt.exe
