Dimension Database Conversion Error in a Server Environment

During a database conversion in a server environment, if you receive an error similar to the one shown above, perform the following steps. 

• Navigate to C:\Faircom\eTkoServer
• Click on the "eTkoDBUtil.exe" file
• Verify that the Database Configuration Folder is the folder where the Dimension database files are located.
• Make sure the “Type” button is set to “Client/Server”
• Click on the Compact/Fixup Tab
• Click on Start

• Once you have Compacted / Fixed Up the database files, click on eTkoDBCvt.exe to convert the database files.
