To access plans and previous projects set up in eTakeoff Dimension, 

• Ribbon Bar - Click on the Home Tab / Open / Open Project via List and click on the corresponding Project 

• Classic Toolbar - Click on the drop down menu on the Project Toolbar and click on the corresponding Project
