If you are experiencing issues installing the Dimension Trial Unlock Code or the Dimension License, follow the procedure below to resolve.
1. Upgrade your version of Dimension by clicking on the link below.
Update to Dimension version 5.6-64
2.Download the firewall helper file, "eTkoFWH.zip", (under Attachments in the right hand column) and extract the contents to the the Dimension Installation folder (usually C:\Program Files (x86)\eTakeoff\RView folder).
