WARNING! This procedure requires editing the computer's Registry. Since the computer’s registry is so sensitive to all programs that run on the computer, we recommend that you have your system administrator or IT person follow the procedure.

To force an uninstall of all Dimension licenses (Primary License and Add-on licenses) for a workstation, follow the procedure below.

• Close eTakeoff Dimension
• Open the user’s registry and navigate to Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\eTakeoff\
• Right Click on the License key
• Select "Rename"
• Change "License" Key to "License-x"
• Open program
• Reinstall the Primary license
