Measurements are not being saved issue

If eTakeoff Dimension is not saving measurements on a licensed version of Dimension, you may need to reinstall your license.

 

Follow the procedure below.

 

1. Uninstall License

 

 

  • Open program
  • Click on "File/Administration/Install Software License 
  • Click on the Un-Install button / Update button

 

 

2 Re-Install Dimension license

  • Type your installation password in the "Installation Password:" box
  • Type in your full name in the "Your Name" box
  • Click the "Activate" button.  That will fill in the "Activation Code:" box.
