SnapAI is grayed out

SnapAI is available for Dimension Premier Users who have a Maintenance Expiration Date of 1/21/2021 or later.

To check the expiration date of your license,

Click File / Administration / Install Software License
If the date is prior to 1/21/2021, click on the Re-Check button next to "Maintenance Expires"
If the date is updated to 1/21/2021 or later, click OK
Close Dimension and reopen

NOTE: SnapAI only works with vector PDF files. If the user loads a non-vector PDF file, SnapAI will be disabled.
