To set a concurrent license to be automatically checked out when a user opens eTakeoff Dimension, do the following:

Ribbon Bar: 

• Click on File / Administration /Manage Concurrent License…
• Place  a Check Mark in the box of the type of license Purchased 
• Place  a Check Mark in the box "Check out selected licenses whenever Dimension starts"
• Click OK

Classic Toolbar Display:

• Click Admin/ Manage Concurrent License…
• Place  a Check Mark in the box of the type of license Purchased 
• Place  a Check Mark in the box "Check out selected licenses whenever Dimension starts"
• Click OK
